The second hour of this week's AEW Dynamite kicked off with the 10-minute challenge match featuring Jungle Boy trying to prove that he could go 10 minutes with Chris Jericho. It was a non-title match. Jungle Boy's family was at ringside for this match.

There was a brawl at ringside that ended with Jake Hager taking out Marko Stunt and Luchasaurus. That caused referee Aubrey Edwards to kick everyone out from the ringside area.

Jungle Boy locked in the Walls of Jericho in the final minute of the match but Jungle Boy was able to hold on until the time limit so this was considered a victory for him since Jericho had been saying that Jungle Boy could not last 10 minutes. Jericho was angry and asked for 5 more minutes and he got his wish.
