In the main event of this week's AEW Dynamite, Kenny Omega put his AEW World Championship on the line against Jungle Boy. Jungle Boy earned the right to challenge for the title after winning the Casino Battle Royale at Double Or Nothing.

Before the match got started, the referee kicked out everyone who was hanging out at ringside as Don Callis joined the announcers on commentary.

Omega was dominant for most of the first half of the match but Jungle Boy hit a flurry of offense about 10 minutes into the match as his family looked on in the first row. Late in the match, Jungle Boy was able to lock in the Snare Trap as The Good Brothers walked down to ringside but Kazarian ran out to keep them from making it to ringside. As this was happening, Omega made it to the bottom rope.
