Matt Hardy appeared on this week’s AEW Dynamite to talk about what happened on Saturday night at All Out during his match with Sammy Guevara.
Matt says that he has had a myriad of tests and he’s expected to make a full recovery. Matt apologized for putting the fans and the wrestlers through what happened on Saturday night and he thanked everyone.
He said that he will take time to get healthy and when he returns, he wants to get ranked and he wants to chase his first AEW Championship. He added that his journey is not over and he credited the fans and said they are the best.
It sounds like he will be taking some time off before returning to the ring..
