AEW Dynamite on Saturday 8/22/20 draws great number, ranked number 5 on cable in key demo

The live viewership numbers for AEW Dynamite is in.

Dynamite was slightly down in total viewers and in the 18-49 demographic. As noted, TNT had to air this show on Saturday instead of its traditional Wednesday broadcast due to coverage of the NBA Playoffs.

Dynamite drew 755,000 live viewers, which is down from the 792,000 viewers the show previously drew on August 12th. In the 18-49 demographic, the show did a 0.31, which is just a tick down from 0.32. Overall, AEW officials should be happy with these numbers considering the show aired on a different and timeslot.

AEW ranked #5 among the top 150 shows on cable. Here is the demographic breakdown:

Viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.31
Female viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.19
Male viewers 18-49 – AEW: 0.44
Viewers 18-34 – AEW: 0.21
Female viewers 12-34 – AEW: 0.13

Viewers 50+ – AEW: 0.25

The Wednesday, August 26th episode will air on Thursday, August 27th at 8 PM Eastern.
