AEW Dynamite Preview (July 9, 2025): The Final Stop Before All In Texas

Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite is the final stop before this Saturday’s monumental All In Texas pay-per-view. An enormous eight-man tag team match will main event the show, and final confrontations are set for the night’s biggest rivalries.

Huge Eight-Man Tag Team Main Event

Tonight’s main event will see AEW World Champion Jon Moxley team with his Blackpool Combat Club stablemate Claudio Castagnoli and The Young Bucks to take on “Hangman” Adam Page, Will Ospreay, Katsuyori Shibata, and Powerhouse Hobbs. This match is loaded with All In implications, as Moxley and Page will look to inflict damage on each other just days before their Texas Death Match. At the same time, Ospreay and The Young Bucks will be on opposite sides ahead of their tag team clash on Saturday.

Women’s Four-Way For Casino Gauntlet Advantage

Thekla, Tay Melo, Queen Aminata, and Megan Bayne will collide in a four-way match with high stakes. The winner will secure the coveted number two entry spot in the Women’s Casino Gauntlet match at All In, giving them a significant advantage in the battle for a future AEW Women’s World Championship opportunity.

Samoa Joe vs. Wheeler Yuta

Two masters of their respective styles will go one-on-one as “The Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe takes on the BCC’s technical wizard, Wheeler Yuta. Joe looks to continue his path of destruction, while Yuta aims to score a major victory for his faction heading into the weekend.

Mercedes Moné And Toni Storm Face-To-Face

Just days before their highly personal match for the AEW Women’s World Championship, “The CEO” Mercedes Moné and the champion, Toni Storm, will meet in the ring for one final face-to-face confrontation. With tensions at an all-time high, expect a volatile war of words between two of the best in the world.

MJF & Mark Briscoe Have a ‘Talky-Talk’

In what is sure to be a unique segment, MJF and Mark Briscoe are scheduled for a “talky-talk.” Since aligning himself with The Hurt Syndicate, MJF has adopted a new, more aggressive attitude. It remains to be seen what business the living legend Mark Briscoe has with the former AEW World Champion.
