Chris Jericho vs Komander (w/ Alex Abrahantes) 

Komander came off the top rope, but Jericho hit him with a Codebreaker for a two-count. Jericho missed the Judas Effect and Komander superkicked him. Komander came off the top rope, but Jericho caught him, put him in the Liontamer, and Komander submitted.

After the match, Don Callis entered the ring. Callis showed footage of himself, Jericho, and Bad News Allan as part of a faction back in 1995. Callis said Bad News made them promise they would stay together throughout their career. Callis said he won’t pressure Jericho and he can let him know when he’s ready, but in his heart, he believes Jericho knows what Bad News would want his answer to be.

Backstage, Jack Perry was interviewed in his vehicle. He said it’s an unsafe work environment. Hook jumped in his vehicle. As Perry was getting out of the vehicle, Hook grabbed him by the hair and slammed him against the door. 

Backstage, Don Callis said later on tonight, he is going to the ring by himself to announce the fifth member for the Blackpool Combat Club to face The Elite at Blood and Guts. 

They showed footage of MJF and Adam Cole hanging out at the bar. Cole convinced him to leave the bar and play the new AEW Fight Forever video game. MJF said he hasn’t played a multi-player video game before as you need a friend to do that. Cole told MJF that when he heard they had to be tag team partners. he had every intention of blindsiding him. MJF told Cole he was going to do the same thing. They both told each other they were cool.

Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament Semi-Final
Orange Cassidy & Darby Allin vs Daniel Garcia & Sammy Guevera

Guevera hit Garcia with a knee to the jaw and then missed with a Shooting Star Press. Outside the ring, Daniel Garcia put Orange Cassidy in the Sharpshooter. Prince Nana came to ringside, grabbed Allin’s skateboard, and handed it to Garcia who had released the Sharpshooter. Garcia went to hit Cassidy with the skateboard, but Allin tried to grab it from him. The referee stepped outside the ring and took the skateboard away. While the referee was doing this, Swerve Strickland hit a flying kick to Allin’s head. The referee got back in the ring. Guevera hit the GTH on Allin and pinned him. After the match, Guevera and Allin shook hands.

In a pre-tape, Nick Wayne showed where he trained as a kid as well as his story of being the son of Buddy Wayne. Wayne continued training after his father’s death and now he’s ready for AEW.

Backstage, Adam Cole told Roderick Strong that MJF is not a bad guy. He reminded Strong that when they first met, they weren’t the best of friends and now he looks at him like a brother. MJF read a text that he saw Brian Cage backstage and now he feels sick. Cole said he has to call MJF.

Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament Semi-Final
MJF & Adam Cole vs Big Bill & Brian Cage

Cage gave MJF and Cole an overhead suplex at the same time. Cole superkicked Cage and Bill. MJF hit the Heat Seeker on Cage. Cole hit the Boom on Cage and pinned him. After the match, Adam Cole said if he and MJF stay on the same page, he promises they will go on to win the AEW Tag Team Championship.

Backstage, Jake Hager asked Chris Jericho if he is seriously considering Don Callis’ offer. Jericho said he’s not sure, but there is a lot of history between them. Jake Hager told Jericho they have history too. Ten years ago, Hager saved Jericho’s life in Abu Dhabi. Four years ago, Jericho brought Hager into AEW and he left behind an undefeated MMA career, so he deserves to know. It’s his career that’s also being affected and until Jericho is straight with him, he can’t give him a hundred as he handed Jericho his purple hat. 

Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Semi-Final Match
Ruby Soho (w/ Toni Storm & Saraya) vs Sky Blue

Saraya pulled out the spray paint can. The referee saw this and ejected Saraya and Toni Storm. Blue dropped Soho face first on the mat. Soho sold it like she broke her nose. Blue climbed to the top rope and Soho hit her with the No Future and pinned her.

A rap video of Harley Cameron’s “Rap Class” aired

Swerve Strickland (w/ Prince Nana) vs Nick Wayne

Strickland hit the Last Call for a two-count and then the JML Driver for the pin.

In the ring, Don Callis said Kenny Omega is a coward. Omega came out, but was confronted by The Blackpool Combat Club and Pac. Pac told Omega he has waited for this for a long time because Omega shattered his nose bone. Pac said he is the fifth member. The BCC wrapped a chair around Omega’s neck as he laid on the canvas. Pac went to the top rope. The lights went out and a clip of Kota Ibushi appeared on the video wall. The Young Bucks and Adam Page came from behind and attacked the BCC. Omega said they will defeat the BCC at Blood and Guts and then he will come after Callis.
