AEW files another trademark for Collision show

All Elite Wrestling is preparing for the launch of a new Saturday night show that is believed to be called Collision. The two-hour show will air on TNT starting June 17th, 2023.

AEW filed for the trademark rights to several terms, including Dynamite, Revolution, AEW Games, All Out, Rampage, and Collision.

Revolution and All Out are two of their PPV events. Rampage and Dynamite are AEW’s existing television shows, while Collision is their expected third weekly television show.

The company did so through Bradley M Stohry of Reichel Stohry Dean LLP in Indianapolis on April 28th with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). All of the trademarks except for AEW Games are listed for entertainment services. Here is the description:

“Mark For: COLLISION™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of entertainment services in the nature of live wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of wrestling programs and events; Entertainment services, namely, an ongoing multimedia program featuring wrestling distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of ongoing television programs in the field of wrestling.”

In February, AEW filed for the AEW Collision trademark to cover educational and entertainment services categories.

The show will be built around the returning CM Punk. The idea is to separate him from those who he has issues with, and there will be some roster split. For more on that, click here.

The premiere episode of AEW Collision is expected to feature another ‘major talent debut or return.’
