AEW has locked down the trademark rights to its logo.
The company filed for the ‘AEW’ logo on April 24 under merchandise purposes with The United States Patent and Trademark Office. The logo is a mark that “consists of the letters AEW displayed in a stylized manner.” Here is the description of the filing:
“Mark For: AEW™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of bandanas; Beanies; Hats; Headwear; Pajamas; Pants; Pullovers; Shirts; Shorts; Socks; Sweatpants; Sweatshirts; Underwear; Athletic apparel, namely, shirts, pants, jackets, footwear, hats and caps, athletic uniforms; Jogging suits; Outer jackets; Polo shirts; Sports shirts; T-shirts; Tank tops; Wrist bands as clothing.”

AEW has a big summer ahead of them as they will be holding Double Or Nothing next month before launching its AEW Collison show with the expected return of CM Punk on the premiere episode, followed by the jointly held show with NJPW, Forbidden Door later that month.
They wrap up the summer with All In at Wembley Stadium and return a week later for the All Out pay-per-view event.
