AEW has filed for two new trademarks.
On September 5, AEW filed for The Clone and El Clon. The trademarks are listed for entertainment purposes. Here is the description:
“Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”
It’s unclear who will use the term and whether they will be a ring name or nicknames.
AEW presents a three-hour block of Rampage and Collision tonight, which will go head-to-head with WWE SmackDown. On saturday night, they present the All Out pay-per-view event from the NOW Arena in Chicago, IL.
Swerve Strickland vs. Hangman Page in an unsanctioned lights out match is expected to headline.
