MJF, Kazuchika Okada, Kyle Fletcher, Kevin Knight, Andrade El Idolo, & Jake Doyle vs. Mark Briscoe, Konosuke Takeshita, Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong, & Darby Allin in a steel cage match took place at the AEW Forbidden Door pay-per-view event from the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
The cage was in a circle. They had weapons placed everywhere around the ring. Kyle used an old video game console as a weapon while Mark got the thumbtacs out. Mark was tossed off the top rope onto the tacs. Allin attacked a bloody Fletcher with a skate board. Okada and Takeshita exchanged shots before Takeshita looked through a bag only to flip him off. Kyle accidentally superkicked Okada before Takeshita hit a double german suplex to Kyle and Okada. Kevin Knight with a double stomp to Allin for 2. MJF grabbed a chair and tossed it at Mark. MJF tried to rip open the wound of Mark before putting the diamond ring and got distracted by Lio Rush coming out of a bag. Rush bite the hand of Okada before all the heels went after him and he did an action sequence. Rush wanted the diamond ring but was taken out by Okada with a rain maker. They put him back in the bag and zipped it up. Mark put a ladder on his head and spun around to use it as a weapon. Strong with an angle slam off the apron through a table. Andrade with a double knee strike into a chair on Kyle. Takeshita with a blue thunder bomb to Fletcher. MJF avoided a piledriver and hit a low blow to Mark. MJF hit Orange with a diamond ring shot. Allin with the scorpion death drop to MJF. Knight accidentally hit a splash to MJF. Knight climbed the cage and grabbed a bag that was on top of the cage and it exploded and the man fell through a stack of tables. Allin with a coffin drop off the top onto a group of guys. Mark with the jay driller for 2 as Doyle broke it up. Andrade turned on MJF and hit him with a spinning back fist. Andrade kicked Doyle in the nuts. Mark with the jay driller to MJF for the win.
Winners: Mark Briscoe, Konosuke Takeshita, Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, Roderick Strong, & Darby Allin
