AEW Full Gear: Zero Hour

10-Man Tag Team Match
Best Friends, Rocky Romero and Danhausen vs. The Factory (QT Marshall, Aaron Solo, Lee Johnson, Nick Comoroto and Cole Karter)

The heels had the advantage to start out the match because the mystery partner (Danhausen) did not come out during the entrances. Danhausen came out towards the end of the match as QT Marshall was going to piledrive Orange Cassidy on the outside. Danhausen reverted to his dark personna and he was serious. Nick Comoroto after taking a running kick to the head after Danhausen put a jar of teeth in his mouth. After the match, Danhausen hit QT with a spike to the top of the head to show off his "evil" side. 

Renee Paquette conducted a backstage interview with AEW's newest signee Konosuke Takeshita. He said this is a dream come true and he will be moving to America. 

AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament Semifinals
Brian Cage vs. Ricky Starks

Ethan Page was on commentary for this match. Starks had his shoulder taped up and he wore a shirt during the match. He was selling the shoulder and his ribs throughout the match. Starks took a ton of punishment but he was able to make a comeback and win with the Roshambo finisher. He will Ethan Page this Wednesday in the AEW World Title Eliminator Finals.

Eddie Kingston vs. Jun Akiyama

Kingston cut a very emotional backstage promo before the match. They chopped the hell out of each other in the first few minutes of the match. The first really close near fall happened when Akiyama went for a pin after a running knee to Kingston's face. Kingston won the match with his spinning backfist. Both men bowed to each other, shook hands, and hugged after the match. Kingston grabbed the mic and paid tribute to some of the legendary names that passed away such as Inoki, Baba, and many others. Apparently, he was just stalling for time because he began to run down some of the matches on the PPV and then they went to the announce team to recap the rest of the card.

Steel Cage Match
"Jungle Boy" Jack Perry vs. Luchasaurus

Very early in the match, Perry was busted open after Luchasaurus sent him head first into the cage. Luchasaurus dominated for several minutes by sending Perry into different sides of the cage. Cage grabbed the key out of the pocket of the outside referee. He tried to open the door but was then escorted out by security.

Luchasaurus got out of the cage and a fight broke out at ringside. Luchasaurus catapulted Perry into the side of the cage. Luchasaurus brought a table and chairs into the ring. Perry recovered and took over on offense until Luchasaurus hit a back body drop on the apron. Perry came back with a springboard off a chair into a Destroyer and the Killswitch. Luchasaurus kicked out. Perry went for a move off the ropes but Luchasaurus caught him with a chokeslam through a chair. Perry countered a move off the top rope into an avalanche sliced bread but Luchasaurus kept getting up.

Perry fought back with open hand slaps and a piledriver. There were a few more near falls but the biggest spot of the match was Perry diving off the top rope with an elbow through Luchasaurus who was laid out on a table. Perry forced him to tap out and he won the match. Perry hugged his mother and sister after the match. Great match.

AEW World Trios Title Match
Death Triangle vs. The Elite

The Elite came out to Wayward Son and there was a huge "welcome back" and "Colt Cabana" chant. Omega and The Bucks looked refreshed and Omega looks like he's in great shape so the time off probably was good for their bodies.

As you would expect, there were tons of crazy spots and sequences. One of the crazier spots was Nick Jackson and Penta standing on the top rope and Penta taking a hurricanrana and crashing into the rest of the wrestlers on the floor. Moments later, Death Triangle hit a triple tombstone on The Elite.

PAC hit the Black Arrow and then he transitioned into the Brutalizer on Omega. The hold was broken up by Nick Jackson. Fenix and Pentagon hit a running diver over the top rope onto The Bucks. PAC tossed the hamer to Fenix but Fenix tossed it back. Omega then hit the V-Trigger and the Tiger Driver 98 but Fenix kicked out.

Penta hit some offense but then took a triple superkick. Fenix took the BTE Trigger to the head but PAC broke up the pin attempt. PAC tried to use the hammer but Nick Jackson hit a superkick to the head. Matt hit a moonsault on the guys on the floor. PAC slipped Fenix the hammer and he used it on Omega's head and Death Triangle retained. 

AEW TBS Championship
Jade Cargill vs. Nyla Rose

Rose came out with Vickie Guerrero in a low rider as a tribute to the late great Eddie Guerrero. Cargill came out with Thundercats-inspired gear. Kiera Hogan took a cheap shot at Rose before the match got started.

There were some clunky spots in the match but things picked up as they got close to the finish. Both women kicked out after hitting each other's moved. Nyla hit a senton off the top, Jade hit the pump kick and her Jaded finisher to retain her title. 

ROH World Championship - Four-Way Match
Chris Jericho vs. Bryan Danielson vs. Claudio Castagnoli vs. Sammy Guevara

The match started with Guevara and Danielson fighting in the ring and Jericho and Castagnoli fighting outside of the ring. Danielson and Castagnoli briefly worked together until they began trading upper cuts.

Jericho and Guevara worked together but late in the match, Jericho hit a lionsault on Danielson and also landed on Guevara. That led to both men shoving each other and trading punches. Guevara almos won the with codebreaker but Jericho kicked out. Jericho then applied the Walls of Jericho but Danielson went off the top, Jericho caught him and then applied the Walls. Claudio hit boots to Jericho's face and a suplex to break the Walls of Jericho. Claudio locked in the sharpshooter submission but Jericho went for a cover, Danielson broke free and locked in the Lebell lock. Guevara broke it up with kicks to the face of Danielson and Castagnoli.

Jericho got up, hugged Guevara and then Guevara hit the GTH and the shooting star press and Jericho barely kicked out of the pin attempt. The match kicked into another gear with several more big spots that led to near falls. The finish was Jericho hitting a leaping Judas Effect. A second Judas Effect was enough to get the pin on Claudio to retain the title.

Dr. Britt Baker, DMD vs. Saraya

Saraya took a back bump in the first minute of the match and she seemed fine. She also took a twisting neckbreaker on the floor. Baker continued working on the neck until Saraya was able to pick up Baker and drop her on the apron and then hit a flying body block off the ring.

At one point, Saraya hit her Rampage finisher but Baker kicked out of it. Baker fought bak and she began to apply the Lock Jaw but Saraya countered out of it. Saraya hit a knee to the face and Baker kicked out. Baker fought back with a Fisherman neckbreaker and the stomp but Saraya kicked out of the pin attempt.

Saraya fought back and hit two more Rampage moves and that was enough to pin Baker. 

AEW TNT Championship - Three-Way Match
Wardlow vs. Samoa Joe vs. Powerhouse Hobbs

This was a good hoss match. Late in the match, Wardlow hit the Powerbomb symphony (3 total) on Hobbs as Joe was laid out outside of the ring. Joe snuck in the ring and hit Wardlow with the title belt and then pinned Hobbs to win the title.

Joe left the ring with the ROH and TNT Title as Wardlow and Hobbs stared each other down in the ring.

Backstage interview with Chris Jericho was interrupted by Orange Cassidy and Danhausen. OC says Tomohiro Ishii wants an ROH Title shot. Jericho agreed to do the match on Dynamite. OC then dared Jake Hager to take the All-Atlantic Title from him next week. 

No DQ, No Countout
Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal vs. Sting & Darby Allin

Jarrett came out to the ring with people dressed in black wearing Sting masks. The action started with Darby taking out Lethal and the people in masks with a baseball bat. Sting appeared behind Jarrett. Jarrett begged Sting not to hurt him and the match got officially started.

The match spilled into the crowd and they fought all around the arena. Early on, Allin did a Coffin drop off a ladder onto Jarrett but he was caught by Satnam Singh and dropped on the ramp. The spot looked really crazy.

Moments later, Sting did a dive off the upper level onto Singh as Jarrett and Allin moved back into the ring. Singh got involved again by chokeslamming Sting in the ring. Moments later, Allin went for a coffin drop on Lethal but was nailed in the back by Jarrett's guitar. Darby then popped right up for the babyface comeback.

Singh tried to interfere again bt Sting and Allin hit a combination Scorpion Death Drop/Coffin Drop move. Lethal went for the Lethal Injection but Sting countered into the Scorpion Death Drop and then Allin hit the Coffin Drop to pin Lethal and win the match. 

AEW Women's World Championship
Toni Storm vs. Jamie Hayter

They went back and forth to start the match until Storm took out Hayter with the hip attack and continued the attack outside of the ring. Hayter recovered and took over on offense for a few minutes after they got back in the ring.

Storm turned things around. She hit the hip attack and a diving cross body off the top. Rebel ran out during the match, despite Hayter saying that she didn't want any help during the match. Storm's nose was busted open after taking some stiff forearms to the face.

Rebel hit Storm with the belt to the face. Hayter hit the sliding Lariat but Storm kicked out. The referee kicked Rebel out and Storm recovered in time to hit her own Lariat. Storm went for the hip attack but Hayter ducked and Britt Baker stomped her. Hayter hit the Storm Zero but Storm kicked out. Storm hit a German suplex and Storm Zero but Hayter kicked out.

Baker caused a distraction, Hayter hit the Hayter Breaker but again, Toni Storm kicked out. Hayter hit a Lariat and back elbows in the corner. Baker was up on the turnbuckle, Hayter was shoved into her but Hayter recovered to hit the Lariat and she won the title. Baker and Hayter hugged after the match.

AEW World Tag Team Championship
The Acclaimed vs. Swerve In Our Glory

Billy Gunn did not come out with The Acclaimed during their entrance. Anthony Bowens had his right shoulder taped up and Excalibur noted that his arm has been in a sling since Dynamite.

In the first minute, Lee was clotheslined out of the ring and it was a rough landing on his knee on the apron. Later in the match, Lee saved Swerve from falling through a guardrail that was set up earlier by Swerve. But then Lee went through the guardrail after Caster hit a cross body off the top rope.

Lee saved Swerve again later in the match when Swerve was almost pinned after taking the arrival and the mic drop. Caster kicked out after a Fall From Glory move and the fans erupted on that spot. Swerve took out Caster at ringside and then he tried to use the pliers on Caster's fingers but Billy Gunn ran out. Billy was taken to the back by the officials. Swerve gave Lee the pliers but he tossed it out. Swerve then slapped Lee.

Lee helped Bowens up and then walked out on his partner. There was a bunch of near falls on Swerve. The Acclaimed finally hit their finisher and retained their titles.

Ethan Page vs. Ricky Starks
The Elite vs. Death Triangle in a Best of 7 Series.
Orange Cassidy vs Jake Hager for the All-Atlantic Title
Chris Jericho vs. Tomohiro Ishii for the ROH World Title 

AEW World Championship
Jon Moxley vs. MJF

Mox immediately punched MJF in the face as the match got started. MJF slapped Mox but then Mox hit several chops to the chest. MJF recovered and did a Jarrett/Flair/Fargo/Rogers strut to taunt Moxley.

Later in the match, MJF began selling his knee after he hit Mox with a tombstone on the ring apron. Excalibur said that MJF's knee pad slid off and that's why he was hurting. MJF tried the move again but Mox countered and piledrove MJF through a table that was set up outside of the ring.

MJF worked over Mox's knee with the figure four and then he followed up with the heatseeker move. There were "fu** you Moxley" and boos from the crowd during this match. Fans booed when Mox hit MJF with an avalanche paradigm shit off the top rope and they cheered when MJF broke the count with a rope break.

Mox seemed bothered by the fans turning on him. MJF pulled the ref in front of Mox and that allowed MJF to pull out his diamond ring. William Regal went to ringside to warn MJF not to use the ring. MJF tossed the ring and Moxley applied the sleeper. MJF countered into a pinfall move and a second referee was taken out as the original began to recover. Mox had the bulldog choke and MJF tapped but there was no referee to call it. Regal slid brass knucks to MJF. MJF knocked out Moxley with the knucks and MJF made the cover to win the title.
