AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door Results: Adam Copeland & Christian Cage Victorious In Reunion Match

Adam Copeland & Christian Cage vs. The Matriarchy (Killswitch & Kip Sabian) took place at the AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door pay-per-view event from The O2 Arena in London, England.

Copeland and Cage took the fight to Kip and had a feel-good moment in their reunion before Killswitch started beating down Cope. Kip was bleeding from his temple and throughout the match, Killswitch would attack him to get him motivated. Mother Wayne distracted Cage and Killswitch knocked him off the apron. Cage got the hot tag and tried to mount a comeback before Cage knocked him down. Cage with a dive off the top rope to the floor. Back in the ring, Kip tagged himself in and distracted the referee, allowing them to hit a low blow and double DDT to Killswitch. Cage with a reverse DDT. Cope with a spear through the ropes to the floor on Killswitch. Cage threw Kip in the air and Cope hit a spear for the win. 

Winner: Cope and Cage.
