AEW Officially Announces Redemption PPV For July In Montreal

AEW has officially announced a new pay-per-view event titled Redemption for Sunday, July 26, 2026 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The event will be the company’s 10th annual pay-per-view on the calendar and marks the first-ever AEW Redemption show as well as the company’s first pay-per-view in Montreal.

Per AEW, ticket sales for the inaugural Redemption begin with Early Access Premium Seating on May 26, 2026 (today), with general public tickets going on sale on June 1. Tickets will be available via AEWTix.com.

The Redemption announcement fills the central calendar gap between AEW Forbidden Door in June and AEW All In in August. The 21,302-seat building has hosted WWE pay-per-views, including SmackDown specials, NXT TakeOver events, and historic Survivor Series stops.

AEW has run multiple events in Canada over the past two years. The summer 2026 AEW pay-per-view calendar now includes:

  • AEW Double or Nothing 2026 (May 24) at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, NY (completed)
  • AEW Forbidden Door 2026 (June 2026)
  • AEW Redemption 2026 (July 26) at Bell Centre in Montreal
  • AEW All In 2026 (August 2026)

The Redemption announcement follows the AEW Double or Nothing 2026 broadcast, where Tony Khan addressed multiple business angles during the post-show media scrum. Khan addressed the possibility of running a major event during WrestleMania 43 weekend in 2027, the Paramount-WBD merger, Madison Square Garden, and the future of the MyAEW streaming service.
