AEW Rampage 10/22/21 ratings down after last week’s rise

The live viewership numbers for AEW Rampage are in. The show dropped in total viewership and viewers in the 18-49 demographic.

Rampage drew 533,000 viewers and a 0.22 rating in the 18-49 demographic on TNT at the 10pm ET time slot. Last week the show did 578,000 viewers and a 0.25 rating.

Rampage ranked #9 in the top 150 shows on cable for the night, down from last week’s #4 ranking. Rampage went up against various sports competition including the NBA, NHL, and college football.

ShowBuzz Daily reported the news. Here’s the breakdown in each demo for the show:

Viewers 18-49 – 0.22 – last week: 0.24
Female viewers 18-49 – 0.15 – last week: 0.14
Male viewers 18-49 – 0.30 – last week:  0.34
Viewers 18-34 – 0.16 – last week: 0.17
Female viewers 12-34 – 0.08 – last week: 0.10
Male viewers 12-34 – 0.16 – last week: 0.16
Viewers 25-54 – 0.26 – last week: 0.28
Viewers 50+ – 0.20 – last week: 0.21

The episode featured Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Orange Cassidy in a World Title Eliminator match, Dr. Britt Baker vs. Anna Jay, and PAC vs. Andrade El Idolo in the main event. Interestingly enough, last week the show increased in its ratings despite going head-to-head for 30 minutes with WWE SmackDown on FS1.
