AEW releases first top-five roster rankings

On Friday evening, AEW released its first-ever lists of Top 5 Rankings for the week of November 8, 2019.

These rankings are for the following divisions - men’s, women’s, and tag team. 

It appears that the champion of each division will not be included in the rankings. The way it works is the talent will be listed in rankings by their match records.

The belief is that these rankings will then determine who will be in line to challenge the champion of each division. 

AEW Executive Vice President Cody Rhodes mentioned on a recent conference call that the rankings will be released each week. You can see them here:
