AEW Return Plans In The Works For The Young Bucks

AEW fans can expect to see The Young Bucks back on television soon.

The Young Bucks’ third reign as AEW Tag Team Champions ended on the October 4th episode of Dynamite to Private Party. They had retained the titles over Private Party at Wrestle Dynasty.

As previously noted, Matt Jackson and his wife, Dana Massie, have announced they’re launching a new YouTube channel, “Never Not Jet Lagged,” dedicated to their passion for travel. For more on that, click here.

While away from AEW, The Young Bucks have been active in NJPW (New Japan Pro-Wrestling). They last wrestled on February 11th when they dropped the IWGP Tag Team Titles.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported, “While they haven’t returned yet, missing several California dates already, The Young Bucks were backstage at the show in Oceanside, CA.” There are plans being worked on for a return.

As it stands, it’s unclear what the plans are or when exactly they will be back.
