AEW star files trademark for nickname
The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) have worked their way up in AEW and are one of the regular tag teams on television.
AEW has a stacked tag team division yet these wrestlers stood out from the pack after working matches on AEW Dark to the point where Tony Khan signed them.
Caster applied to trademark the term ‘Platinum’ on May 10th with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). It was made through Michael E. Dockins. This is his nickname. Here is the description:
“G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler, and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.”

The tag team was last seen on Dynamite while working the AEW World Tag Team Title #1 Contendership Four Way Match last month. They’ve since picked up two wins on AEW Dark and will work a big match on next week’s Dynamite.
