Fightful Select has clarified that a widely publicized interview in September 2024 in which AEW star Deonna Purrazzo discussed dealing with bulging discs was filmed. The report adds that Purrazzo “is not sidelined with an injury” currently.
Fightful also conducted a more recent interview with “The Virtuosa,” which is set to be released this week. In this newer conversation, Purrazzo stated she wanted to re-establish a tag team presence in AEW.
“She told us that she would love to bring the Vendetta back to an AEW tag team division,” Fightful reported.
