AEW has been without one of its stars since the WrestleDream pay-per-view event due to injury. However, they’re about to get back this star, who had been building some momentum with the fans.
At the show, Hologram faced The Beast Mortos in a two-out-of-three-falls match, and Hologram went over in the contest to extend his winning streak. Unfortunately, Hologram was written off the television in an attack angle involving Mortos on an episode of Collision as he suffered the injury.
It was believed that he had been sidelined with a serious ankle injury. His return was further delayed as he took time off with his newborn son. Hologram made his AEW debut in a series of vignettes in July 2024.
A vignette about his return aired during Saturday’s AEW Collision. No official date was announced for his return.
