AEW Star May Have Chipped Several Teeth Coming Out Of Blood And Guts Match

AEW’s Blood & Guts special on November 12 is in the books, and reports are coming in about the status of several talents following the violent show. According to Fightful, they inquired about the status of a number of talent who were on the show and heard back about several of them.

Women’s Blood & Guts Aftermath

Regarding the first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts match, it was reported that Jamie Hayter “got a little banged up”. The report noted that Hayter “may have chipped several teeth”. One person Fightful talked to said she was “as bad ass as you would expect” all things considered.

The match, which was won by the team of Mercedes Moné, Megan Bayne, Marina Shafir, Thekla, Skye Blue, and Julia Hart, saw “Timeless” Toni Storm surrender to save her partner, Mina Shirakawa. Additionally, Skye Blue was “said to be okay,” despite “bleeding buckets” during the brutal contest.

Men’s Blood & Guts Updates

The main event saw the team of Darby Allin, Roderick Strong, Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, and Mark Briscoe defeat The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Daniel Garcia, and Wheeler Yuta). The finish came when Kyle O’Reilly made Jon Moxley tap out.

The match was just as chaotic, featuring interference from the Don Callis Family, who attacked Mark Briscoe. Gabe Kidd also got involved, helping PAC put Darby Allin through two flaming tables. Following the match, reports indicated that Allin was “done” and “the others were injured,” though no specific serious injuries have been confirmed.

Fightful also noted that fewer people than usual traveled in for the show, as there were only three matches and Collision is live this week. In addition to the two Blood & Guts matches, the November 12 edition of AEW Dynamite featured a non-title Falls Count Anywhere match between AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page and Powerhouse Hobbs.

The match was an intense brawl that saw Page get the victory after a massive spot. Page sent Hobbs off the top of an exit and through an electrical table, which exploded with a huge spark to get the pinfall. According to a report from Fightful, there were “no serious injuries emerging” from the match. The report stated that “outside of being sore, everything went well there”.
