AEW Star Suffered An Injury At WrestleDream

The AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view event from the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, WA, was a newsworthy night for various reasons, including the returns of Adam Cole and MJF. It ended when fans saw Jon Moxley beat Bryan Danielson in Danielson’s final full-time match to win the World Title.

It also featured one star going down with an injury. Hologram vs. The Beast Mortos, a two-out-of-three-falls match, took place, where Hologram went over in the contest to extend his winning streak. On a recent collision episode, Hologram was written off television in an attack angle involving Mortos.

Luchablog reported today that Hologram got injured during his match at WrestleDream. As seen below, there was a spot where he did an outside dive, and he was holding his knee after he landed.

Although not confirmed, it’s believed he may not return to in-ring action until after Full Gear next month. AAA and GCW wrestler Aramis is the man behind the gimmick.

We wish him a speedy recovery.
