AEW has seen the return of a few of its bigger stars, who are under contract, in the past few weeks, and now they will be wrestling again.
It all starts on next week’s AEW Dynamite, as Britt Baker will make her in-return when she takes on fellow former AEW Women’s Champion Hikaru Shida in a singles match. She had been sidelined since last fall as she dealt with an injured hip labrum, two herniated discs, and a mini-stroke.
Baker returned at Forbidden Door to confront TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, and the two have since been feuding on television ahead of the All In pay-per-view event next month, where Baker has already issued a match challenge. AEW has yet to confirm the match booking.
FTR’s in-ring return is also next week, as they returned to television a few weeks ago on Collision. They took time off after Dax Harwood suffered a hematoma in a ladder match against The Young Bucks at AEW Dynasty.
The tag team cut a promo on Collision, stating they plan to go after the AEW World Tag Team titles at All In.
FTR's road to the #AEW World Tag Team Championships begins LIVE NEXT SATURDAY on Collision!
