AEW taping a cinematic match in advance of All Out

During Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, the promotion confirmed that Big Swole will be facing Dr. Britt Baker in a Tooth and Nail Match at All Out. Swole was attacked by Baker during the segment.

Dave Meltzer noted on today’s episode of Wrestling Observer Radio that it would not be a wrestling match, but rather a cinematic match that will take place in either the actual dentist office of Baker or one that is similar to it.

AEW has done talking segments from Baker’s office in the past. This contest will air during the pre-show portion of the event, which will see the main card have a run time of just under four hours long.

“The Britt Baker-Big Swole match, which is a cinematic match, it will not be done live, it will be done, it may have already been done for all I know. It’s being done at, in theory, at Britt Baker’s dentist office. So they’re not going to do a wrestling match, they’re going to do a cinematic match.”

The AEW All Out pay-per-view event will take place on Saturday, September 5, 2020 in Jacksonville, Florida at Daily’s Place. AEW World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley vs. MJF will headline the show.
