AEW’s Chris Jericho Alleges He Was Physically and Mentally Assaulted at Mandalay Bay

Top AEW star Chris Jericho had an eventful morning on Monday after being in Las Vegas, Nevada, and staying at the Mandalay Bay resort/casino.

Jericho has never been shy of expressing his opinion on any topic, but as a wrestler and musician, travel comes along with the job while dealing with airlines, rental car services, and hotels.

In a post on Twitter, Jericho alleges that the staff physically and mentally assaulted him at the resort. He wrote the following:

“Hey @MandalayBay …it’s unacceptable that u tried to bully me & assault Me, when all I wanted was my bags that I left at concierge. Ur security staff IGNORED me for 30 Min & when I made some noise, physically & mentally assaulted me& laughed in my face. I want restitution NOW!”

Jericho has been feuding with Adam Cole on AEW television as of late, likely leading to a singles match at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view event later this month, ironically in Las Vegas. It’s safe to say that the former AEW World Heavyweight Champion won’t be staying at the resort when he’s back in town.
