Brandi Rhodes files for new trademarks including her ring name

Brandi Rhodes locked down several trademarks on February 24th.

She filed for them with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) through trademark attorney Michael E. Dockins under her real name, Brandi Runnels. The terms were “A Shot Of Brandi,” her YouTube show and her ring name. Here are the descriptions:

“IC 025. US 022 039. G & S: Hats; Shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts. FIRST USE: 20170000. FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 20170000.”

She worked for AEW since the promotion launched in 2019 as an on-screen talent and Chief Brand Officer before departing alongside her husband, Cody Rhodes, last month after Cody didn't agree to terms with the promotion on a new deal. The belief is Cody will be returning to WWE.
