Brian Kendrick is no longer with WWE, according to Fightful Select. The longtime wrestler had his request to be released granted, which was made several weeks ago.
AEW has since announced that Kendrick will be making his promotional debut as he will wrestle Jon Moxley on Dynamite:

Prior to his WWE departure, Kendrick had been serving as a producer and coach for NXT but hasn’t been an active full-time wrestler since 2020.
In December, WWE announced Kendrick vs. Harland for an episode of NXT 2.0, but that match never took place. It all started with an angle where Harland threw Kendrick down a flight of stairs.
Kendrick is a former Tag Team and Cruiserweight Champion. He broke into the business after being trained by Shawn Michaels.
