Bryan Danielson: I’m Open To Working With Shane McMahon In AEW

Bryan Danielson has commented on the possibility of working with Shane McMahon again, this time in AEW

Fans have been talking a lot about the meeting with McMahon and AEW President Tony Khan at a private Arlington airport and the possibility of him going to the promotion. If he were to go to AEW, he could be used as an on-air talent or behind the scenes.

McMahon has tried to return to the WWE, but those in the promotion have no interest in him returning. Talent in WWE believes Shane will at least make an appearance in AEW. You can read McMahon’s statement about the meeting here.

While appearing on The Gorilla Position, Danielson was asked if he was open to working with McMahon in AEW.

He said, “I’m open to working with anybody. I don’t have beef with anybody. So yeah, 100%.”

Danielson was then asked if he knew anything about the meeting. He said, “One, if I knew, I would not tell you. Two, I don’t know. It was interesting because Tony mentioned to me after the photo came out, ‘I didn’t want to tell you this before, but I met with Shane McMahon.’ I didn’t say this, but I was like, ‘Yeah, I know. The picture is everywhere.’ Although, to be fair, I’m not aware of a lot of things because I don’t go on Twitter or social media and all that kind of stuff.”
