After weeks of teases on AEW Rampage, Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley met face to face on AEW Dynamite. Danielson appeared in the ring after Moxley defeated Wheeler Yuta.
Danielson said that Moxley was the best AEW World Champion and he would still be champion if he had support. Danielson then proposed that he and Moxley should fight together. Danielson said that there’s no reason why a millennial cowboy should be the World Champion and someone dressed as a dinosaur should be a World Tag Team Champion. He also said there’s no reason for Sammy Guevara to be a champion because his only contribution to AEW was running a vlog.
Danielson said he and Moxley could take someone like Lee Moriarity or Wheeler Yuta and they can train the future of pro wrestling together. Danielson said he didn’t expect an immediate answer because he wants Moxley to think about the greatness they can create and the legacy that Mox wants to leave.
