The coronavirus pandemic has impacted all industries including pro wrestling and had the virus not have happened, AEW had plans to revisit a feud for Chris Jericho.
In December 2019, All Elite Wrestling did a quick feud between the former AEW World Heavyweight Champion and Jungle Boy. In fact, they had a match on Dynamite that went to a 10-minute time limit draw.
A fan stated in a response to Dave Meltzer that he felt that the promotion did not get enough out of feud at the time and it’s something he would like to see be revisited. Meltzer agreed by noting how he thought the program needed more matches.
At the time, Jericho was busy building up his program with Jon Moxley at the Revolution PPV event.
Jericho saw Meltzer’s comment about Jungle Boy and responded with, “Had the world not gone crazy, we would be revisiting that now.”
Generally true though thus far they haven’t done enough IMO with Jungle Boy out of that angle

AEW plans for various feuds had to be changed due to this virus. Currently, The Inner Circle is feuding with The Elite. When things get back to normal, perhaps AEW will go back to the feud between Jericho and Jungle Boy.
