Chris Jericho will wrestle on the last AEW Dynamite of 2019

On the last episode of AEW Dynamite for 2019, Chris Jericho is contracted to wrestle one more time. During an in-ring segment, Jericho revealed “The Lexicon of Le Champion” as a replacement for his list.

Jon Moxley, Cody Rhodes, Young Bucks, Papa Buck, Hangman Page, DDP, Scorpio Sky, 2 Cold Scorpio, Nakazawa, Kenny Omega, Darby Allin, Evil Uno, and a bunch of other names were on the list of names that he would not wrestle this year.

Luchasaurus, Jungle Boy, and Marko Stunt made their way to the ring during this segment. Luchasaurus spoke but he was not the one issuing a challenge to Jericho. Instead, it turned out to be “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry. Jericho called him a piece of sh*t.

Jericho said Jungle Boy couldn’t last 10 minutes and Jungle Boy took him up on the challenge so it looks like their match will be a callback to something that was oftentimes done on weekly TV shows in the 70s and 80s. Jungle Boy will get a moral victory if he can go 10 minutes with Jericho.

AEW Dynamite will be at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, TX on December 18.
