CJ Perry: My Time With AEW Has Just Finished

CJ Perry is no longer with AEW.

Perry, who was let go by WWE in June 2021 alongside several other stars, had expressed interest in AEW for years but worked on various projects before her arrival.

Perry made her AEW debut following the Miro vs. Powerhouse Hobbs match at the AEW All Out pay-per-view event in 2023 from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. She was later paired with Andrade on television.

In December, she dealt with a MRSA infection that hospitalized her. Following the December Worlds End pay-per-view event where Miro beat Andrade, which was Andrade’s last match with AEW, Perry has been absent from AEW programming recently.

While speaking with USA Today at the 2024 ESPY Awards, Perry was asked about her status with AEW. “[My] time with them has just finished,” Perry said.

It was noted that Perry stated that she is available to sign anywhere while remaining focused on continuing to work as a manager.
