Earlier this week it was announced that former WWE Champion CM Punk will do a one-on-one interview at the big Starrcast III convention next month.
Once the news was made there were wide-ranged reactions from fans including one fan who accused Punk of trolling wrestling fans by agreeing to appear at Starrcast.
Punk responded with, “Nobody is trolling anyone. Making an appearance. Taking pics with fans. Come if you’re interested. Stay away if you’re not. Simple.”

The convention is scheduled to take place from August 29 – September 1st at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, which is the same weekend as AEW’s All Out pay-per-view in Chicago.
Punk responded to a fan who speculated that the former WWE star had reached a deal with AEW to return to the ring. He wrote, “None of this is true and I’m blocking you.”
