CM Punk shoots down AEW rumors

For those of you wondering if CM Punk will be showing up at AEW Revolution this Sunday, he just shot that rumor down.

Punk did a Q&A today and immediately said that he’s not showing up on Sunday. He doubled down and said “100% not me” when a fan said that he had a bet going with his friend that Punk would show up. So the two names that are ruled out for Sunday are Punk and Batista.

As noted earlier, Tony Khan said on the AEW Unrestricted podcast that the person who will be signing is a “major, huge, huge star in the world of wrestling.” Khan also said that this person is a major name in the wrestling world and he has signed a multi-year deal.

This is being kept under wraps and very few people in the company know who this person is so don’t expect any leaks before the pay-per-view.
