Nick Wayne appears to be All Elite as Darby Allin showed up at a DEFY Wrestling event on Saturday night following Wayne’s bout against Christopher Daniels and offered him an AEW contract.
The crowd chanted “you deserve it” chant from the crowd, Wayne said “Yes, f**k yes.” As of this writing, AEW President Tony Khan has yet to make an official announcement regarding Wayne’s status in AEW.
Bryan Alvarez mentioned on Twitter that Wayne’s deal is “along the lines of an apprenticeship” because he’s only 16 years old and would have to wait until he turns 18 to join AEW.

Wayne did take to social media to simply tweet, “All Elite.” Wayne will face Shane ‘Swerve’ Strickland later this month. He has wrestled for GCW and other independent promotions in his young career.
