Dax Harwood Calls Out Top AEW Star Who Said There Is More Divisiveness Backstage Because of CM Punk

Dax Harwood has come to the defense of his good friend, CM Punk, by calling out the wrestler who has spoken about the tension behind the scenes in AEW between Punk and those who don’t like him.

As previously reported, the issues between the two sides have not improved following Punk’s interview with ESPN and his Collision return promo. The divisiveness has become worse over the last week following Punk’s return.

Dave Meltzer reported in today’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that one top star in the promotion is fearful of the ticking time bomb regarding the issues leading to another incident.

Harwood took to Twitter to knock the report, as seen below:

“I can’t thank everyone in AEW enough for how well they treated Finley this week at Dynamite. You all made her feel so special. If there is a “divisiveness” that a certain individual is reporting, I didn’t see it AT ALL. Check the Collision locker room too. This is a family.”

Harwood followed up with another tweet, “Ok I deleted the last one becuase fuck it, I took too much preworkout. Y’all screenshotted it so LFG!! Face is itching! Chest day! Collision tomorrow!”

He added, “Also, Finley has officially done more flips in her wrestling career than I have. Not proud.”

In a separate tweet, Harwood wrote, “This one will get me some heat, but fuck it, it needs to be said. Whatever “top star” left the show in a BaD MoOd because a certain individual was there; instead of running to Dave, why not just tell the individual face to face. That’s how we used to do things back in the day.”
