Eddie Kingston Segment Announced For Tonight’s AEW Collision

A new segment has been announced for tonight’s episode of AEW Collision.

The promotion had already confirmed FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) vs. The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) in an AEW Tag Team Championship number one contender’s match, which is the likely main event, Jack Perry in action, and Britt Baker vs. Harley Cameron.

Also on tap is Toni Storm debuting a new film, and ROH Tag Team Champions Mike Bennett & Matt Taven are defending against Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara. More things will be announced throughout the day.

The promotion has also confirmed that Eddie Kingston will address All In, which takes place later this month.

Kingston went down with a broken leg, torn meniscus, and torn ACL in a match where he lost the NJPW Strong Openweight Title to Gabe Kidd in a no-rope last-man-standing match at the NJPW Resurgence event. After the match, Jack Perry came out to have a staredown with Kingston.

This led The Young Bucks to attack him from behind and laying him out with the EVP trigger. During the bout, Kingston hurt his leg when Kingston’s leg hit the barricade while taking a suplex off the apron.

Kingston is expected to be out of action until next year.
