Eddie Kingston Shares Rehab Video: “I Hate Doing It, But It Has To Be Done”

AEW star Eddie Kingston recently shared a video of his ongoing rehabilitation from the severe leg injury that has kept him out of action for over a year.

Kingston has been sidelined since May 2024 after breaking his tibia and tearing his ACL and meniscus during a match in NJPW. In a new video posted to his Instagram account, Kingston is seen working through difficult physical therapy exercises.

Rather than offering a standard motivational message, Kingston gave a characteristically blunt and honest assessment of the grueling recovery process.

“I tried to find some ‘motivational’ quote, but let’s be real, shit sucked and I hate doing it, but it has to be done,” Kingston wrote.

A process doctors had previously estimated might see him cleared around June 2025. We wish him a speedy recovery.
