During today’s Busted Open Radio, Tony Khan strongly hinted that more free agents are on their way to AEW.
Khan said that some more big signings are expected in the near future and “the forbidden door shall be opening again very soon.”
Khan also said that there will be some news coming out of tonight’s AEW Rampage show and some “big news” next week too. Khan said that it’s an exciting time to be a pro wrestling fan right now and the roster is getting better.
Dave Lagreca noted how there are a lot of free agents available right now. Khan agreed and said that he loves listening to wrestling fans. He added, “anytime we can sign somebody that’s gonna make the fans excited, that’s gonna come in here and give the fans big matches that they’re excited to watch and somebody that can bring new fans to AEW, it’s a great opportunity to us so I will continue to explore the free agent market and the forbidden door will be opening again soon.”
