Featured Match Storylines
Adam Copeland & Christian Cage vs. FTR: At Dynasty in April, FTR attacked their former partner Adam Copeland, ending their “Rated-FTR” trio. Three months later at All In, Copeland returned to save his longtime friend Christian Cage from an attack by FTR and The Patriarchy. Copeland and Cage reunited as a tag team for the first time since 2011, leading them to challenge FTR to this match at All Out.
Mercedes Moné (c) vs. Riho (AEW TBS Championship): On the September 3 episode of Dynamite, after Mercedes Moné retained her TBS Championship over Alex Windsor, she continued to attack her opponent post-match. This prompted the return of the inaugural AEW Women’s World Champion, Riho, who had been out of action since July 2024. Riho confronted Moné, leading to this championship match being made official.
The Hurt Syndicate vs. Ricochet & GOA: An ongoing recruitment effort by MVP to get Ricochet to join The Hurt Syndicate soured late last year. In July 2025, Ricochet aligned himself with GOA (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona), and the duo cost The Hurt Syndicate an AEW World Tag Team Championship match. After weeks of escalating tensions and attacks, Ricochet and GOA issued a challenge for a trios match at All Out.
Coffin Match: Darby Allin vs. Jon Moxley: This rivalry dates back nearly a year, including an incident in December 2024 where Moxley’s stable, the Death Riders, attacked Allin and threw him down a stairwell. Allin returned at All In in July 2025 and cost Moxley his AEW World Championship match. After Allin issued a challenge for All Out, Moxley accepted, and the bout was made a Coffin Match.
