UK Independent Star Signs With AEW

UK independent wrestling veteran Nathan Cruz has announced that he has signed with AEW. In a post on his social media, Cruz revealed that he has joined the company in the role of a coach and agent.

Nathan Cruz Joins The AEW Team

Cruz was present for AEW’s UK tour this past week, which included the Forbidden Door pay-per-view in London. Following the event, he made the news of his signing public.

“What an amazing week. I am so grateful to @aew and @tonyrkhan for this incredible opportunity to join the team as a coach/agent,” Cruz wrote. “Everyone has been so welcoming and I couldn’t be more proud to be joining a team that last night set an attendance record for professional wrestling inside the O2 Arena in London!”

A Veteran Of The British Wrestling Scene

He added that he has been “sitting on this news for quite a while now and it’s relief to be able to finally talk about it publicly.” Cruz is a familiar face on the British wrestling scene, where he was the first-ever PROGRESS Champion and a two-time Tag Team Champion.
