Jeff Hardy has entered a not guilty plea for his DUI case in Florida. PWInsider says the plea was filed on June 28.

The former WWE star/current AEW star is set for an arraignment on July 5 at 2:30 pm in regards to his June 13 arrest, where he was charged with DUI, his third offense in ten years. He was also charged with driving with a canceled/suspended/revoked license.

Per AEW's Tony Khan, Hardy entered a rehab facility on June 21 and he is currently suspended without pay. His return to the company depends on the completion of the rehab.

Khan issued the following statement at the time of the suspension announcement:

"We were able to resume contact with Jeff Hardy this afternoon. AEW does not condone Jeff's alleged behavior. We've made it clear to Jeff that we'll assist him in getting treatment for substance abuse issues, which he has indicated that he's open to receiving. In the interim, he is suspended without pay, and he can only return to AEW upon successfully completing treatment and maintaining his sobriety."
