Jon Moxley attacked after World Title defense on AEW Dynamite

In the main event of this week's AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley put his AEW World Championship on the line against Lance Archer in a No Disqualification match. The No DQ stipulation after Moxley was attacked by Archer earlier in the show.

In a hard-hitting match with tons of weapons, Moxley was able to reverse a pin attempt into his own pin to retain the title. The Lucha Bros and Eddie Kingston went down to the ring after the match but they were there to help Moxley because Pentagon hit Archer with a chair.

The Lucha Bros. helped Moxley up to his feet and Kingston noted that he and Moxley have known each other for years. It turned out to be a set up because Kingston attacked Moxley and choked him out as the Lucha Bros. held back the referees. As the show closed, Kingston could be heard saying that he never tapped out when he fought Moxley a couple of weeks ago.
