During tonight’s AEW Fyter Fest, it was announced that the AEW World Championship match between challenger Brian Cage and champion Jon Moxley will take place in 2 weeks at AEW Fight For The Fallen.
The change was made because Tony Khan and Moxley wanted to take extra precautions since Moxley’s wife Renee Young tested positive for COVID-19 and the second night of Fyter Fest will be taped this week.
During an in-ring promo, Taz noted that Moxley was afraid of Cage and that Moxley has taken two coronavirus tests and both tests came back negative.
AEW Fight For The Fallen will air live on July 15th on TNT.
