Jon Moxley’s Next Title Challenger To Be Determined On Next Week’s AEW Dynamite

AEW CEO Tony Khan has announced a new match for next week’s Dynamite episode.

Tonight’s a notable show as it will mark the first simulcast of Dynamite on MAX. It will also be the fallout edition from last Saturday’s Worlds End pay-per-view event.

The promotion previously announced FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) & Adam Copeland vs. The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli), and Julia Hart vs. Jamie Hayter, and Jeff Jarrett making an announcement regarding his future. Also on tap is a first-time-ever meeting between Orange Cassidy and Hangman Page for the show.

It was revealed today that there would be a casino gauntlet match on tonight’s Dynamite, with the winner of the bout becoming the next #1 contender for Jon Moxley’s World Heavyweight Title.

The title match will happen on the Maximum Carnage episode of Dynamite on January 15th.
