AEW and Impact World Champion Kenny Omega showed off his new look this past Wednesday night on Dynamite when he did a promo segment as he’s sporting a different beard.

Many fans thought the new look was inspired by Triple H or even Motorhead’s Ian “Lemmy” Kilmister. A fan asked Omega if the late great Harley Race inspired the look and Omega confirmed it.

The 8-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion passed away in 2019 at the age of 76 after battling lung cancer.
Omega will defend his AAA Mega Title against Andrade El Idolo on August 14th at AAA TripleMania XXIX. He will also defend the Impact World Title against Sami Callihan later this month at the Slammiversary pay-per-view event.
