Kyle O’Reilly files trademark for his nickname

Kyle O’Reilly has filed a new trademark.

The AEW star did so on February 2nd for the term, “Violent Artist” with it being listed for entertainment purposes. He has used the nickname for merchandise purposes in the past such as his AEW t-shirt. Here is the description:

“IC 041. US 100 101 107. G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer. FIRST USE: 20160504. FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 20160524.”

After deciding to have his WWE contract expire late last year, O’Reilly joined All Elite Wrestling in December where he was paired with Adma Cole and Bobby Fish. The three former WWE stars teamed together on the final 2021 episode of Dynamite to beat Best Friends (Chuckie T, Trent, & Orange Cassidy) in a six-man tag team match.
