Former AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May is setting the record straigh  regarding her recent absence from All Elite Wrestling programming, making it clear to fans online that she is “merely enjoying a vacation” and has not departed the company.

Her direct response came after weeks of online speculation about her AEW status, with some fans on X going as far as to call her “jobless.” She fired back at one person on the platform. You can check that out below, although May later deleted the tweet:

May has not appeared on AEW television since her loss to Toni Storm at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view in March 2025. She is in a contract year with AEW and has strong interest from WWE.
