AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone has once again made it clear that she has no interest in a return to WWE, offering a blunt response to a fan on social media who told her to go back to her former company.
A Savage Response To A WWE Fan
After Mone posted on her Instagram, a fan commented, telling “The CEO” to return to WWE. Mone didn’t hold back in her reply, shutting down the suggestion in her own signature style.
“imma need your ugly ass to watch AEW,” she responded.

Focused On Her AEW Legacy
Mone, who performed in WWE as Sasha Banks, walked out of the company in May 2022 over creative frustrations. She made her AEW debut in March 2024 at the Big Business special in Boston, where she immediately established herself as a top star. In her first match for the promotion, she captured the AEW TBS Championship, a title she still holds today.
Mone’s fiery response comes as she looks to bounce back from her first singles defeat in AEW, a loss to AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm at the All In: Texas pay-per-view.
