AEW is set to broadcast a new episode of Dynamite live from New Orleans.
The promotion had previously announced two Owen Hart Foundation women’s tournament semifinals matches, featuring Kris Statlander versus Jamie Hayter, and a tag team match pitting The Young Bucks against Speedball Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight. Now, AEW has added further excitement to the lineup.
FTR will also make their return to the company on this episode following a one-week suspension. They were given the previous week off after attempting to get physical with commentator Tony Schiavone, an incident that prompted Nigel McGuinness to intervene due to the AEW announce team’s criticism of FTR’s attack on Adam Copeland.
Adding a touch of celebrity to the event, rapper and entrepreneur Master P has confirmed his attendance for the show. He posted on social media, “Tomorrow night @aew is in New Orleans, and I’ll be in the house for all the action Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite comes to @LakefrontArena, home of #NOLAsTeam and @PrivateersHoops.”
