Orange Cassidy will be forced to do something he's never done before on AEW Dynamite anniversary show
The much-anticipated anniversary edition of AEW Dynamite airs this coming Wednesday night and Cody Rhodes promises that fans will see something they've never seen before.
While hyping his upcoming TNT Championship defense against Orange Cassidy, Rhodes noted how Cassidy has never locked up before to start a match but he will force him to do that this Wednesday on Dynamite.
Rhodes tweeted:
"Looking forward to Wednesday’s Anniversary show, and I intend no disrespect...especially considering @orangecassidy was able to hand a legend like Jericho a loss
BUT in @AEW history he has NEVER locked-up. Literally. Never done a collar & elbow
I am going to force him to do so"
Rhodes grew up around the wrestling business so this is a nod to wrestling history and perhaps, a cue to the younger wrestlers to take note.
The AEW Dynamite Anniversary Edition will be stacked with all of the titles on the line.
